재영한인의사협회 제10회 건강의 날 안내 > 이런저런이야기

올해도 KUMA (재영한인의사협회)의 대표 행사 중 하나인 건강의 날 (HAD)이 돌아왔습니다!
올해의 주제는 “어디 가서 말하기 부끄러운 증상들”입니다.
조금은 민감할 수 있는 증상들에 대해 솔직히 이야기하고, 건강한 삶을 위한 유익한 정보와 소통의 장이 펼쳐집니다.

이번에는 KUMA 의사 선생님들뿐만 아니라, KUNA (간호사), KUPHA (약사) 선생님들까지 함께해 더욱 풍성한 행사로 꾸며질 예정입니다. 영국 의료 시스템 NHS에 관해 좀 더 이해하고 싶다, 대체 어떻게 쓰는지 알고싶다, 건강 관련 궁금한점들을 의사들과 직접 소통하고 싶다, 간단한 건강 체크 받고 싶다, 그누구든 나이연령 상관 없이 모든 분들 환영합니다.  

또한 의대생 및 의료계 종사자/학생 여러분들을 초대합니다!
이번 HAD는 단순한 건강 이벤트를 넘어서, NHS 시스템과 실제 의료 현장에 대한 인사이트를 얻을 수 있는 소중한 기회입니다.다양한 전문 의료진이 진행하는 의학 관련 토크와 Q&A 세션을 통해, 여러분의 진로와 관심 분야에 대해 더 깊이 이해해보세요.

의대 진학을 꿈꾸는 학생들과 학부모님들께
이번 HAD에는 KUMAS 재학생들이 직접 운영하는 입시 및 대학생활 정보 부스도 준비되어 있습니다.
의대 입시 과정, Personal Statement, 인터뷰 팁, 그리고 실제 대학생활에 대해 궁금하신 점들을 자유롭게 질문하고 조언을들으실수 있는 좋은 기회이니 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

Join us for the 10th Annual Health Awareness Day (HAD) on 10th May, where we will be sharing stories about symptoms that may be difficult to ask help for, and bringing you a day filled with knowledge, empowerment, and community spirit.

For Medical Students & Healthcare Trainees
This is more than just a community event—it’s an incredible opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the NHS and various clinical fields through talks and discussions led by experienced healthcare professionals.
Whether you're in pre-clinical or clinical years, come learn, engage, and grow in your journey.

For Aspiring Medical Students & Parents
KUMAS students will be running a special stall where you can ask questions about the medical school application process, interviews, UCAT, and what life as a medical student is really like.
Parents are also welcome to stop by and gain helpful perspectives on how best to support their children in this path.
