현재 하이브리드(재택+사무실) 근무 환경에서의 업무 몰입도, 회복탄력성, 직무 만족도 간의 관계를 심층적으로 탐색 하고자 설문 조사를 수집 중에 있습니다.

본 설문은 하이브리드 근무를 경험한 직장인 분들을 대상으로 하며, 아래와 같은 특성을 갖고 있습니다.

am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Surrey, UK.

As part of my dissertation, I am conducting a research study to explore the relationship between work engagement, resilience, and job satisfaction in hybrid work environments (a combination of remote and in-office work).

This anonymous survey is designed for professionals who have experienced hybrid working, and the key details are as follows:
