I mentioned something to you in an email in April:

Sometimes entry clearance officers refuse to cancel existing leave - you may wish to contact your visa application centre to see if this is likely.

Further to this, the UKCISA manual says:

The UK Border Agency has informed UKCISA that the reason for this is that entry clearance officers do not have the power to cancel entry clearance (and possibly leave to remain), which is required before they can issue fresh Tier 4 entry clearance

What this means is that you may have to enter the UK with the visa you currently hold, which is valid until October 2010. I would advise you to check with your visa application centre because we have found that some are sticking more closely to UK BA guidance than others. If they say you cannot apply for fresh entry clearance now then you will not need the CAS number until you return here and have to extend your visa in October.

학교 에서 이렇게 메일이 왔습니다 CAS넘버 issue하는데 학교측에서 문제가 생겼다면서...

제가 1학년 끝나고 휴학을 해서 지금 2007년도에 처음 받은 학생비자는 2010년 10월 까지입니다만

입국은 9월 초에 할 예정입니다

한국에서 다시 비자를 받고 출국을 하는게 맞는거죠?

영국 일 처리 늦는건 알고 있었지만 짜증나 죽겠네요 -_-

기존 학생 비자로는 입국을 못하는거 맞죠?
