I wish to apply for stay in the UK as a student.

I´d always dreamed study music in the UK since when I started studying music.

Because, I think there is always great musicians and lots of genre of music was born in the UK.

So, I started to prepare study there for 3years and then finally I could go to the UK.

No matter what was waiting just I wanted have an experience English music so badly.

I studied so hard and really enjoyed my life in the UK and a college life as well.

Even if I do not speak English very well I have many friends in the college and they always tried to understand me and help me and had to leave all my friends was the hardest thing when I went back to Korea. I could not say good bye to them.

I believe that you consider the reason why I was refused my application for leave to remain in the UK as a student.

I applied for stay in the UK as a student 25 November 2008.

What I could do was just waiting for the permission so I kept waiting.

03 March 2009, I received a letter from the Home Office it said they refused me stay in the UK as a student.

The refusal decision was based upon my apparent lack of response to a letter requesting evidence of progress of study of an IELTS course at EliteCollege, Wimbledon. As I never received such a letter, I was unable to provide any documentation, in spite of having attended the course and passed the exam, and possessing documentation supporting this. I have been a full time student of SouthThamesCollege since 8 September 2008, prior to which I was an IELTS student at EliteCollege, since 21 April 2008. I am able to provide any evidence that you may require in order to verify my past and present student status.

Now, I have only one wish that I can finish my college, I have only one year left.

The documents from the Home Office between me are enclosed please give a consideration carefully.
