무슨말인지모르겠어요 대체...





i have refused your visa application on this occasion because i am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all of the requirements of paragraph 245ZV of the immigration rules. this decision was made on the merits of this application. However, if you have a previous application immigration history, this may have been considered.





I am satisfied that your application meets the requirements of the sub paragraph a & c -j of paragraph 245ZV of the immigration rules. However, i have refused your visa application on this occasion because i am not satisfied you have met the requirements detailed below.





you have claimed 30 points for a valid visa letter but the visa letter does not contain the mandatory information as specified in the guidance. your visa letter does not list what documents have been used to assess your ability to finish your course. i am not satisfied that you have a valid visa letter and you have not been awarded any points for the visa letter. you therefore do not meet the requirements to be granted enrty clearance under tier4(general) student and i refuse your application under paragraph 245v(b) of the immigration rules.





스쿨레터의 문제인거같긴한데


스쿨레터는 총 6장으로 구성되있구요


4번째장에 아이엘츠 6.0이상이여야 합격이 허가 라는 말이있는데


혹시 한장에 나와있지 않아서 거부가 된건가요....


만약에 그럴경우엔 맨 앞장에 따로 글을써서 4번째장에 그에관한 내용이 나와있다고 해야되는건가요





아...뭐가 부족해서 리젝된건지......ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

댁거든	비자레터상의 문제입니다.......... 비자레터가 안내문에 기재되어있는것 만큼 중요한 정보가 포함되어있지 않다네요. 그 수업을 마치기위한 님의 능력을 증명하는 문서가.. 없다는데..요 ... 인것 같습니다요
ethan	아이엘츠 6.0의 성적을 요구했구요 요구하는 정도의 성적을 맞췄는데 혹시 스쿨레터상에 한장에 안나와있을경우 문제가 되나요?

UK Edu Centre	어떤 서류를 심사해서 입학허가를 줬는지에 대해서 비자레터에 써져있지 않다고 합니다. 학위과정 비자레터의 경우 학생 입학허가를 준 근거로 아이엘츠라던가 대학교 성적/졸업증명서 등이 일반적으로 써져 있죠. 그리고 입학허가서가 너무 내용이 길면 충분한 내용이 다 들어갔는지 확인하기 어렵답니다. 학교에 요청해서 가능한 1-2장으로 받으시기 바랍니다. 비자세미나에서 비자레터가 single document여야 한다고 말하더군요. www.ukcentre.co.kr
