먼저 결론부터 말씀을 드리면 비자 문제라서 약간은 조심스럽지만 동규다0825님은 현재 학생
비자로 입국 후 머무시고 계시는 것이 맞을 것 같네요.

휴학으로 인하여 비자가 잘린다는 메일을 받았다면 영국에는 60일까지 있을 수 있습니다.

If UKVI Sponsorship do not allow some or all of the sponsor’s students to continue to be taught by the sponsor for a limited period, the caseworker must write to the students who are not allowed to continue, curtailing their permission to expire 60 calendar days from the date of their letter on the basis that their sponsor no longer has a licence (unless the student has less than 60 days of permission remaining or there are exceptional reasons to curtail to another date, as set out in the curtailment guidance). During this time, the students may find a new sponsor, and apply for further permission to stay. If such a student does not make an application, they will have to leave the UK, or face enforced removal, when their permission expires.

최근에는 비슷한 사례를 확인해 본 적이 없고 언급해 주신 12월 15일을 판단할 수 없지만 기간
을 계산 후 이전에는 영국을 나가셔야 할 것 같네요.

물론 이후에 무비자로 재입국이 가능할 수 있겠지만 아주 조심스러운 문제입니다.
