맨체스터 공항 가는 원웨이를 인터넷으로 끊었는데

귀국날짜가 당겨져서 날짜, 시간을 변경하려고 하거든요.

According to the Terms and Conditions of your ticket, you can make any changes for a ?0 administration fee per ticket and the difference in cost of the new ticket. You can request this change up to the departure time shown on the ticket.

As your ticket cost is less then ?0 we are unable to make the change.

You will need to pay for the new ticket. Since your original ticket is less than ?0.00, a refund on the same will not be possible as per Terms and conditions of the ticket.

우선 메일을 보내서 답장이 왔는데 10파운를 차지로 내라는건지 무슨 말인지 이해를 못하겟어요.
