여름휴가기간 유럽으로 여행 가능할까요? > 생활/지역

조금 찾아보니까, 국가별로 규칙이 조금 다르던데, 언제 출발해서 언제 돌아오시나요? 그리고 어느 국가를 방문하실 예정이신가요?

영국을 떠나 유로터널 통해 자동차로 프랑스, 이후 스위스와 이탈리아를 거쳐 오스트리아 일부와 독일 일부 지나 다시 프랑스로 들어오는 경로로 생각하고 있습니다. 유럽 자체가 처음이라 모든게 생소하네요.

[France]


Travellers who are fully vaccinated do not need an essential reason to travel to France and do not need to self-isolate on arrival. Fully vaccinated travellers will need to present the following documents:
those travelling aged 11 years old or over, will need evidence of a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of departure, or a negative antigen test result taken within 48 hours of departure
a completed ‘sworn statement’ (déclaration sur l’honneur) form self-certifying they are not suffering from symptoms associated with coronavirus and have not been in contact with confirmed cases in the preceding fortnight. This can be found on the French government’s website


[Swiss]

From Saturday 26 June, travellers from UK and non-EU/EEA countries will be permitted entry, if they can adequately demonstrate they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19;
From Saturday 26 June, travellers who can adequately demonstrate they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will no longer have to present a test on arrival.
Demonstrating your vaccination status from the UK is not yet formalised for entry into Switzerland, so you should follow alternative advice for entry. Your NHS appointment card from vaccination centres is not designed to be used as proof of vaccination and should not be used to demonstrate your vaccine status.
Travellers from ‘high risk countries’, including the UK, must complete an online form before entering Switzerland on arrival and provide contact details. The electronic form is available here. Further information, including a list of ‘high risk countries’, is available on the Federal Office of Public Health website.


[Italy]

Before travel, you must complete an online digital form. This will generate a QR code, which should be presented to your travel provider and Border Police if requested. A paper form can be completed if you do not have an electronic device.
Exemptions from testing and self-isolation may apply to travellers transiting Italy in a private vehicle for less than 36 hours and those travelling for proven reasons of work, health or absolute necessity, for less than 120 hours. The requirement to complete a passenger locator form will still apply to all travellers (even those exempt from testing and self-isolation).


[Germany]

Demonstrating your vaccination status from the UK is not formalised for entry into Germany, so you should follow alternative advice for entry. Your NHS appointment card from vaccination centres is not designed to be used as proof of vaccination and should not be used to demonstrate your vaccine status.

The German government has published a checklist of acceptable proof of vaccination for entry purposes (under “What constitutes proof of vaccination?”). Such proof must demonstrate that a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 has been completed. The vaccination must be comprised of one or more of the listed vaccines. It must comprise the number of vaccine doses necessary to provide full protection, and at least 14 days must have elapsed since the last required single vaccination. For recovered persons, the vaccination may consist of the administration of one dose.

The proof must be provided in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish and include:

the personal data of the vaccinated person (at least surname, first name and date of birth)
date of vaccination, number of vaccinations,
vaccine name,
name of the disease vaccinated against,
characteristics that indicate the person or institution responsible for carrying out the vaccination or issuing the certificate, for example an official symbol or the name of the issuer.
Proof in written or digital form is accepted if it meets the above criteria. For the purposes of inspection by the carrier or border authorities, photographs of written proof are not considered proof in digital form. Proof in digital form should have been issued in digital form by the authorised issuer and transmitted in digital form to the authorised recipient.

The German government notes that, in addition to the above checklist, further requirements may have to be satisfied for the issuance of a digital COVID certificate on the basis of the EU Digital COVID Certificate Regulation.

갈무리한 내용을 대충 요약하자면,

1. 백신 접종 완료한 경우 각 나라를 방문할 때 격리 등 제한은 없음.
2. 문제는 현재 프랑스를 제외한 다른 나라들은 nhs vaccine passport를 인정안해줌. 나라별로 각각 다른 방식으로 백신 접종 인증 해야함.

지난 3월에는 유럽인들에개만 일부 허용되던 시기에도 터키와 불가리아를 다녀 왔으며.
지난 6월 또 다시 영국을 떠나 유럽 4개국(프랑스. 스페인.네들란드.스위스)를 거쳐서 현재는 그리스에  영국을 떠나 체류 중인데 다음 주말안 24일 런던으로 돌아갑니다.

1,백산 2차례 접종을 완료 하여도 항공기 이용 시에는 72시간 유효한 PCR검사서를 요구하며. 육로로 국경을 넘을 때에는 백신 2차례 접종 여부와 상관없이 48시간 이내 PCR검사 후 음성확인서를 요구하고 있습니다.

NHS에서 2차례에 걸쳐서 백신접종 완료한 증명서는 페이퍼로 출력 해 갖고 있어도 아무런 의미가 없었습니다.

2, PCR 검사 결과 그ㅡ 시점에서 72시간 이내에 음성확인서를 제시하지 못하면 비행기 탑승 자체가 불가능 합니다.
그리스 겉은 경우에는 산토리니 등 국내선 탑승 때에도 음성확인서를 요구하고 있습니다.
그나마 공항 대합실내에 PCR검사 해 주는 곳이 있고 . 결과를 빠르개 알려 주기 때문애 돈 지출 외애는 크게 어려움은 없습니다만..... 그 때 그 때 대응 잘 하셔야 합니다.

3, 유럽 국가들 중에서 제가 거쳐온 국가들인  승용차로 이동한 프랑스 ㅡ 스페인 .
그리고 비행기로 이동했던 네들란드
그리고 승용차로 이동햤던 스위스
(승용차로 몰래 넘어 갔다 온 독일 왕복 제외)
그리고 스위스에서 그리스로 입국 할 때
72시간 이내에 검사한 PCR 검사결과 음성이 나온 통지서는 필수였습니다.
3, PCR 검사만 이번 여행길에서 살사한 횟수는 총 4회였습니다.
영국 출발 62시간 전
히드로 터미널 2로 예약 후 방문하여 검사 결과서 그 다음 날 저녁 무렵 이메일로 수령한 후

프랑스 에서 스페인행 위해서 1회

스페인에서 네들란드 암스테르담행 탑승 위하여 1회.

스위스로 건너와서 이곳 그리스행 위하여 1회.

그리스 국내선 탑승 위하여 2회

총 합쳐서 5회. 출발 전까지 합치면 6회 검사 할 수 밖에 없었습니다.

4, PCR 검사서만 유효합니다.
백신 접종과 상관없이.

5,스위스는 격리 시행 중일 때 였으며. 그 외에는 큰 어려움은 없었던 것 같습니다.
이상 제가 이번 여행 & 출장 중에 겪고. 경험한 내용만 공유하고자 합니다

저는 프랑스로 들어갈때만 필요하고, 스위스는 백신접종만 증명되면 통과이고 나머지 국가들도 육로라 검문 등이 없어서 상관없다고 본것 같은데 아닌가보네요 ㅜ 자동차여행 예정인데 매번 국가간 이동시마다 PCR검사를 해야한다면 시간과 비용 모두 엄청날것 같은데 큰일입니다
