먼 곳에서 어려운 일을 격으셔서 많이 힘드셨을것 같네요

최근 영국뿐이 아니라 다른 영어권 국가에서도 영세한 랭귀지 스쿨이 도산하는 일이 잦아 학생들의 피해가 속출하고 있습니다.

보다 신중한 학교 선택이 필요할 것 같구요

질문하신 분의 경우에는 먼저 학교가 어떤 협회에 가입되어 있는지 부터 확인 해 보셔야 할 것 같습니다

영국문화원 인증이 되어 있고, ENGLISH UK 라는 학교들 연합체에 가입되어 있다면 학교 파산시에 협회의 다른 학교에서 학업을 할 수 있도록 구제를 받을수 있는데요

만약 이 같은 협회 가입이 전혀 없고 학교 교장의 악의적 횡령에 의한 파산이라면 안타값지만 현재로서는 구제 받을수 있는 방법이 없습니다.

수속하신 유학원과 의논하여 도의적인 보상을 의논해 보시는 것이 좋을것 같네요
