Further to Spartan’s check out report,  I confirm that Mr Coventry has now received quotations in respect of the damage/dilapidations as noted in the check out report .  Please find below details of the breakdown:--

 

1.      Use Elite Electrical quote of £1500 including VAT plus the £600 including vat for damage to the

        laminate in the hallway.  Suggest a 50% contribution                                              £1050.00

2.      Remove, replace and refit door threshold strip between bathroom and hallway    £    90.00

3.      Cleaning costs                                                                                                      £  230.00

4.      50% contribution for service to water softener due to non use                            £    88.12

5.      Check out cost as per agreement                                                                  £    82.25             

6.      Contribution to various other damages caused mainly by condensation as

outlined in the Check Out Report such as blinds etc                                                  £  120.00

 

                                                                                                      TOTAL                £1660.37

 

I attach estimates/invoices for the costs and confirm that  the DPS  hold £1192.50

deposit to cover these total costs of £1660.37, however to avoid pursuing the

difference the owner has intimated  without prejudice to accept the deposit

as full and final settlement. I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

 

 

 

부동산에서 이렇게 연락이 왔는데요 그집에서 나온지는 3개월넘었구요 채킹할땐 아무말 없다가

보증금을 달라고 했더니 이런메일이;;

2번에서6번까지는 줄라고하는데요 1번 쫌 말이 안되는거 같은데요 줘야 하나요?

화장실에 세탁기가 있는데요 드럼이 아니고 5-6키로 짜린데 탈수하면 세탁기가 막움직이면서 춤을쳐서 타일주변에 검은색부분이 떨어지더라고요..

첨부터 남편한테 세탁기가 춤춘다고말하라니깐 이인간이 말을안해서;;

세탁기가움직이면서 파이프를 때려서 엄청시끄럽고

파이프도 세탁기가 때려서 자꾸 빠져서 청소하느라고힘들었는데 영어 못하는게 죄라고 첨부터 말을 했서야 되는거 같고 남편이 넘원망스럽고 짜증만 이빠이네요ㅜㅜ
(타일이 금간거거나 아예떨어진건 업고요 타일 접착부분검은색 실리콘(?)이런게 몃개 그래요 세탁기주변만 ;;)
