검트리를 통해 집을 알아보고
내일 계약서를 작성하려고 합니다~
다름이 아니라, 보증금이랑 2주치 rent 값을 막상 주려니까 제겐 큰 돈이라
걱정이 되어서 글을 올려봅니다!
계약서에

The Property - ________________________________(공란)
The Room - means the room at the Property which has been agreed between the Householder and Lodger to the taken by the Lodger
The Householder - __________________ whose address is the Property above

The Shared areas - means the rooms in the Property which the Householders has agreed can be used by the Lodger on a shared basis with the Householder and any other people living at the property including the bathroom, lavatory, kitchen and ________

Early Termination - Either party may be any time and this Agreement earlier than the end of the Tterm by giving to the other written notice of _ month

이렇게 나와있는데,
서로 하나씩 가지게 되면, 나중에 보증금을 못 돌려받거나 할 경우에
법적으로 이 계약서가 효력이 있나요?
