K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, an industry leading online gaming company, is looking for a Korean speaking Digital Marketing Executive.

The client is a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who is the UK’s largest privately owned mobile e-gaming company with over 300+ employees.

[Purpose of the job]
As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for contributing and creating innovative Digital Marketing strategies. Manage a broad range of campaigns across multiple platform to promote brands and products. You will analyse acquisition campaigns performance and optimise retention rate throughout customers’ life cycle, identify opportunities and make data driven decisions.

[Responsibilities]
(1) Bring and develop the brand awareness you’re marketing
(2) Plan and implement the strategy and execution of campaigns, ensuring continuous growth of the revenue and retention, including the onboarding of new brands and products as required.
(3) Ability to understand complex customers segments and perform targeting based upon consumer behaviours.
(4) Through the delivery of campaigns, you will be responsible for building customer loyalty, driving interaction and engagement whilst always keeping an eye on performance and sales.
(5) Analysing touch points and user experience on the website and maximising commercial opportunities.
(6) Reporting and analysis of key KPI's to measure campaign success and inform future campaigns.
(7) Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines as well as best practice and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
(8) Be accountable for campaign content conversation and ROI, ongoing analysis of results, and optimise campaign performance.
(9) Provide creative, innovative ideas/briefs and collaborating with in-house digital creative team to design marketing materials such as landing pages, videos and websites.
(10) Work closely with in-house art team and develop team to design games to meet the market
(11) Competitor strategies analysis and research, keep up to date with the latest market trends and focus on maximising profit.
(12) You will work closely with Data Analysts to drive value and insight from our CRM and Digital acquisition related data. You will be tasked with understanding and analysing all aspects of our customer behaviour data.
(13) Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
(14) Identify key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability, including cross sell opportunities.
(15) Ensure all the company policies and procedures including the ISMS are adhered to.
(16) Responsible for assigned projects such as SEO strategies, Website optimisation, mini feature game development
(17) Plan data driven calendar planning ensuring customer communications are matched with a commercial marketing calendar.
(18) Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
(19) Source and Secure business partnerships, develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
(20) Manage digital advertisement such as SEO, Facebook and Affiliate Marketing
(21) Manage and maintaining and optimise digital website with Google Analytics and website presence such as blog content and layout.
 
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing positions
(3) Ability to work independently but also a good team player.
(4) Has experience executing A-B Testing.
(5) Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational) with an inquisitive mind-set and an ability to converse with key stakeholders.
(6) Has experience of actively using and optimising digital campaigns including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation.
(7) Proficient in Microsoft Office, logical and analytical with great attention to details.
(8) Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to a high level of quality are crucial to this role
(9) A sound level of commercial awareness and able to pay great attention to conversion.
(10) Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver to reaching performance KPIs.

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Birmingham
(2) Flexible working hours
(3) Salary: 25~30K (depending on experience)
