About Us
We’re a market-leading supplier of aesthetic medical devices who opened its new London office. We’re looking for a full-time graphic designer and Marketing manager who can work 5 days a week to join our small and friendly team as we grow our business.

Graphic Designer

-Responsibilities
• Creating artwork for social media, email marketing, websites and offline events
• Assisting in posting contents in social media and email marketing
• Attending trade shows and workshops to present best visual merchandising and graphics
• Taking photographs of events and patient progress after surgery
• Working closely with the internal teams
• Communicating with head office and US office to be aligned in brand guideline
• Ad hoc duties when needed

-Requirements
• Excellent communication
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others on projects and other assignments
• Experience in graphic design work for online and offline
• Good understanding of multicultural working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Marketing Manager

-Responsibilities
• Assisting in planning, organising and managing company’s seminars and workshops
• Regularly recruiting doctors to attend those events
• Attending trade shows and workshops to promote brand awareness and building professional  relationships with doctors (may require weekend work and travelling)
• Working closely with the internal departments that impact the overall client experience
• Assisting email marketing and social media
• Ad hoc duties when needed

-Requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others on projects and other assignments
• Over a year of marketing experience 
• Good understanding of multicultural working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Other Requirements (Both positions)
• Must be fluent in English
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Medical or aesthetic background is preferable but not essential
• Bilingual in Korean is advantage but not essential

Conditions
• Job type: Full-time permanent (with six months of probation period)
• Job location: Hammersmith, London
• Working hours: 8am – 4pm / 40 hours per week (including lunch time)
• Salary: 25k to 30K
