We are looking for a vibrant, positive and motivating Operations Manager who will be able to grow the restaurant through strong leadership and effective communication skills.

Job Description

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Making sure that the day to day and long term restaurant strategies are met
Making sure that sales targets and profit are met
Hiring new employees and training staff on appropriate customer service techniques
Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
Reviewing menus to ensure food quality standards are being met
Maintaining communication with vendors to ensure that food supplies are adequate and prices are competitive
Regular communication with the director
Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems
