K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Executive Assistant who will provide PA support to the head of Europe HR as well as general ad-hoc support for the Europe Office HR Team.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Schedule & diary management
(2) Liaison with the PAs of the CEO, Europe Office, CFO & VPs
(3) Travel arrangements to include flights, accommodation, visa, car bookings, itineraries etc.
(4) Arranging team off sites & meetings both internally and externally to include arrangement of meeting rooms, catering etc.
(5) Compiling and submitting of all expenses
(6) Arranging meetings, regional workshops, conference calls with HQ and local subsidiaries
(7) Restaurant bookings and lunch/dinner meeting arrangements for events
(8) Creation and edit of business documents including PowerPoint & spread sheets
(9) Management of Invoices for the employee benefits (reconciliation, submission for payment to the Shared Service Centre, record keeping for accounting and chasing Shared Service Centre as required
(10) Assisting in basic HR data management and providing administrative support to the team
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
(3) Experience working in a fast passed environment dealing with constant change
(4) Excellent grammar, good communication skills via email
(5) Flexibility & adaptability to tasks and environment
(6) High level professionalism & confidentiality within the HR environment
(7) Patience and good listening skills
(8) Professional image and manner at all times
(9) Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
(10) Ability to thrive in a busy environment, always seeking out ways to help each other
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing contract
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (hybrid working: 1~ 2 days work from home)
(4) Basic salary: Up to £43K (depending on experience)
(5) Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
(6) Performance based bonus, access to staff sales discount
(7) Government pension auto-enrolment from 12 weeks
