K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Sales Analyst.

[Purpose of the job]
Sales Analyst is responsible for all kinds of sales activities such as customer contract management and communication, legal contract submission and archiving, monthly/yearly business performance forecast including revenue and profit prediction, project execution from supplier contract and product/service delivery/implementation to payment to vendors, project profit management and project closing.

[Key Responsibilities]
(1) To process global-single ERP system transaction as a salesperson and a project manager from business opportunity, contract winning, project execution, vendor management, payment, and project completion
(2) Yearly business forecasting and monthly performance planning process through ERP system and reporting
(3) Month-end closing including invoicing to customers and payment to suppliers
(4) Work closely with the Divisional Business Managers to strategically grow their revenue
(5) Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with particular projects
(6) Generates and Processes new sales lead as necessary

[Requirements]
(1) Must have experience with ERP(preferably SAP) system
(2) Experiences in sales support (making contract/ billing/ negotiating etc.)
(3) Good use of MS Office (Especially Excel)
(4) Good communication & negotiation skill
(5) Good Attitude and strong Teamwork
(6) Self-motivated with a flexible attitude to working practices

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Annual basic salary: up to 30K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
