K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client is urgently looking for a Korean speaking CS & Sales Administrator.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Assisting in creating quotation for services and products and other accompanied technical administrative work.
(2) Managing stock by ordering and sending products to clients.
(3) Overseeing and managing import & export of products
(4) Dealing with service calls by talking clients through a series of actions, either through phone, email or chat to solve a technical issue.
(5) Planning and recommending suitable products & solutions for clients.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Relevant work experience in similar roles such as sales admin or customer service
(3) Excellent organisational skills
(4) Strong attention to details and accuracy
(5) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
(6) Advanced MS Office skills
[Conditions]
(1) Job type: Full-time & Permanent
(2) Location: Sutton (5 min walk from Sutton station)
(3) Working hours: 9am~5:30pm
(4) Annual leave: 28 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(5) Basic salary: Up to 33K (depending on experience)
(6) Benefits: performance based bonus, pension
