Join the team of an amazing new restaurant, Jang, situated in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange. The back of house is looking for passionate Chef de Partie to join our family.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a similar role within Asian cuisine.
Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
Have a passion, personal drive, and can-do attitude.
Be excellent team player.
Be excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products.
Understand Health & Safety legislation.
Have knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine – you will be a good fit as well if you are willing to learn.
Have legal rights to work in UK.
What we can offer:
Opportunities for carrier growth – internal training and succession plans for rapid promotion.
Monday to Friday.
28 to 30 days holiday per year (increase with years of service).
Uniform and meal on duty.
