JUJUHOME is a curated lifestyle, home, and gifting store based in Hackney Wick, London. We bring together timeless, high-quality goods from global brands, offering a thoughtful selection of home decor, stationery, personal care, tableware, baby & kids' items, and more. As we grow into a larger space, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to help elevate our brand presence, grow our e-commerce platform, and engage our online and offline community.We’re moving to a bigger space and reopening in March 2025. As we expand, we’re building our core team and looking for talented individuals to join us.
About the Role
As a Marketing Associate at JUJUHOME, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement. Your main focus will be on e-commerce, digital marketing, and promotional efforts to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the founder and store coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with JUJUHOME’s brand values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:
• Build-up, manage and update the JUJUHOME online shop, ensuring products are well-presented with engaging descriptions and images.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.
• Oversee SEO efforts, keyword optimization, and Google Analytics tracking to improve online visibility.
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, and updates).
Social Media & Content Creation:
• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to showcase JUJUHOME’s products and brand story.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
• Produce visual and written content, including product styling, photography, video clips, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Engage with the JUJUHOME community through comments, messages, and collaborations.
Marketing & Brand Growth:
• Develop creative marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions to attract foot traffic and drive sales.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing strategies, including partnerships with other brands, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Support the founder with brand storytelling and PR outreach.
Who You Are
• A creative and self-motivated marketer with a passion for design, homeware, and lifestyle goods.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling, with an eye for aesthetics.
• Comfortable using social media platforms, e-commerce tools, and marketing software.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management (ideally for a lifestyle, retail, or homeware brand).
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and excited to be part of a growing small business.
