This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Air Solutions Team as Warranty and Spares Administrator.
Our Air Solutions Team is responsible for the sales and distribution of air solution products such as commercial air-conditioning system, residential air-conditioner and air-purifier into the UK market.
As a Warranty and Spares Administrator, you will cover warranty and spares part support for both internal and external customers.
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Corporate with the CS (Customer Service) Department for managing warranty claims, Defective Return and spares parts process
• Analyse CS progress and result of service process
• Provision of regular reports and data to manager
• Report cost forecast and service cost analysis monthly
• Organizing plan for GSFS training to customers
• Available for ad hoc job duties
Skill, Education & Experience
• A disciplined, pro-active, process driven individual with tenacity and determination to achieve/succeed
• Able to work under pressure and remain calm. Flexible in their approach to meet business and customer’s needs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to ask open questions to get to the root cause of an escalation. Uses own initiative to solve problems
• Ability to understand key points and make informed and well considered decisions based on facts
• Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
• Able to constructively challenge and improve existing practice
• Completer finisher, able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with and able to adapt quickly to new IT systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Good judgement, able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
• Korean speaker
