1. 구인(업무) 내용 : General Manager
2. 요구되는 영어수준 :중급이상의 영어 실력
3. 위치 : 런던 대영 박물관 앞에 위치
4. 근무요일 및 시간 : 주 5일
5. 근무 시작일시 :ASAP
6. 급여조건 : Minimum £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
1) Day to day management of the restaurant
2) Focused on driving sales and profit
3) Ensuring our customers receive only the highest levels of customer service at all times
4) Ensuring the quality of our food is maintained at all times
5) Managing the performance of the team through on-going evaluations, listening, training and mentoring
6) Completion of staffing and updating relevant systems
7) Ensuring stock checks are completed at regular intervals
Our Requirements:
1) Native or fluent in English and Korean
2) Solid understanding of Korean foods and culture.
3) Management experience in a similar role within the hospitality/retail industry
4) You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and effectively assist with the coaching and development your team
5) Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
6) Outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
7) A good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and labour costs control
8) Good PC skills
