YORI is looking for restaurant supervisors to join our team at various locations
Location :
Yori Piccadilly
Yori Covent Garden
Yori Shoreditch
Yori King’s Cross
Contract
Part-Time / Full-Time
Salary
Starting at £11.67 per hour (plus holiday pay) or 28,000 per annum
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To assist the restaurant managers in the day to day operation of the restaurant
- To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their meals and service, and to deal with complaints or queries in timely and professional manners
- To report customer complaints, compliments, or queries received relating to the restaurant
- To maintain records for stock, deliveries, waste, temperature checks, and any other checklists
- To check stock levels, replace them as required and notify restaurant managers of any low stock items. Where appropriate and in agreement with the Manager you will liaise with purchasing team to place orders.
- To ensure that end-of-day closing procedure and cash handling procedure are met
- To motivate and lead your team to deliver excellent service during their shifts
- To support with new staff training, developing team members whilst keeping training record as required
- To maximise daily sales and ensure team members upsell at given opportunity
- To develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our food and drink menus, and general knowledge and understanding of Korean food culture
- To ensure that the restaurant are kept clean and tidy throughout the operating hours
- To attend regular team meetings as required
- To adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policy at all times
- To complete all other duties assigned as necessary
