Required language skills , Able to communicate to some extent
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Baker Assistant to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn and grow in the baking industry.
As a Baker Assistant, you will support the head baker by preparing ingredients, assisting in the baking process, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring the highest quality of products for our customers.
Time Starts from 2:30AM. Finishes depends on work, maximum 11AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the baker in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Operate bakery equipment (eg, mixers, ovens, and proofers).
Ensure that all products are baked to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with inventory control and the ordering of supplies.
Package and label baked goods for display and sale.
Help with customer service when needed, including answering questions about products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
