Job title: Sales Administrator
POSITION IN ORGANISATION: Reports to Sales Account Manager
Working hours: 42.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday 8:30-18:00)
Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
Reporting to the Sales Admin Team Leader, the Sales Administrator is to support the Sales Team in various areas and also perform administrative office-based on behalf of Sales Executives.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and helps to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. This position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Process orders from customer telephone calls, emails, faxes and by sales manager instruction.
· Providing product, promotion, and pricing information to customers by email, telephone of fax
· Maintaining good customer relations by handling customer requests
· Answering customer telephone queries by choosing appropriate information
· Reporting a container schedule
· Raising quotations and chasing sales orders
· Generating picking lists for warehouse and transport department
· Hitting daily sales targets
· Issue delivery notes and invoices for wholesale deliveries
· Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Team Leader/Manager
Person Specification
· Business fluent in Korean
· Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
· Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision in a demanding working environment
· Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers with good negotiation techniques
· Strong work ethic and integrity, possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
2. the required level of English: intermediate
3. Location: Units 4-6 Wyvern Industrial Estate - Beverley Way, New Malden, Surrey KT3 4PH, United Kingdom
4. Working day and time: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 18:00
5. Work start date and time: ASAP
6. Salary conditions: Start from £25000 per annum
(Amount - Prohibition of use of 'decision after consultation', specification of minimum amount, weekly/monthly salary, cash/check, paid leave, etc.)
7. Paid leave status Annual holiday entitlement in any holiday year is 5.6 weeks (subject to a maximum of 28 days) which is inclusive of recognised public holidays in England and Wales.
