Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Network Design & Operation Support
• Manage Financing Sector’s Network and Solution Delivery in Central London
• Responsible for managing and actualizing the assigned Network (or ICT) Project
• Support Customer Network (WAN/LAN) and/or PBX system Operation
• Provide Layer3 & Layer4 and Security Support
• Manage Data, Voice or Video Networks
REQUIREMENTS:
• (Not required) Degree in Information Technology, Network Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in network engineering, project, and operation support
• Hands-on Experience for Network Operation and Project involvement
• Practical knowledge in switch, router, wireless, firewall, PBX, VPN and QoS
• Good Understanding of implementing network architecture
• Experience in ISP network planning and installation
• Experience in data centre operation, customer technical support
• Knowledge of system monitoring and backup tool
• Standby duty during P.H / weekends when required
• Willing to travel for business trips or on-site support when required

- PBX 전화시스템 운영 경험
