K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client is looking for a Korean speaking Project Admin Assistant.

[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Administrative support: contracts, approvals, payment documentation
(2) Support finance operations: invoice processing, reconciliation, document preparation
(3) Communication with HQ Korea and UK-based stakeholders
(4) General corporate and HR support
(5) Other ad-hoc operational admin support

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Strong admin skills
(3) Basic understanding of accounting/finance
(4) Advanced MS Excel skills
(5) Fast learner, detail-oriented, proactive attitude
(6) Excellent organizational and time management skills
(7) Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment

[Conditions]
(1) Job type: Full-time, 1 year contract(subject to be extended)
(2) Work location: Central London (On-Site)
(3) Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (including 1hour lunch break)
(4) Salary: Up to 33K (depending on experience)
(5) Benefit: Lunch provided & Travel Allowance (£100/month)
(6) Annual Leave: 33 days (25 days + Bank Holiday)
