Korean air Passenger Traffic Service Agent
Job Type : Full-Time Fixed Term
Location : Terminal 4 ,London Heathrow Airport ,UK

1. Skills and Knowledge
    - Good organizational skills and the ability to act on own initiative
    - Ability to work as part of a team
    - IT & Computer literate with strong Google app, Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    - Good communication skills and telephone manner
    - Ability to multi-task with accuracy under pressure
    - Airline industry experience desirable
    - Fluency in oral and written Korean & English. Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to communicate with HQ in Seoul and Korean passengers.
    - Knowledge of Korean Culture would be an advantage

2. Requirements & Qualifications
    - Work Permit : Must have the legal right to work in the UK(e.g British Citizenship, Indefinite Leave to  Remain visa)
    - Background Check : Ability to pass a 5-year background check to obtain an Airside ID pass.
    - Flexibility : Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
    - Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
    - 6 months probationary period
    - 1-2 year fixed term contract and if successful in this, a permanent role will be offered
