Title: Korean Speaking Sales Negotiator
Languages: Fluent in Korean & English
Location: New Malden, Surrey
Salary: Basic salary plus a share of commission, uncapped

Role:
Arrange, undertake and convert viewings into offers
Negotiate offers
Generate new business
Advising applicants about the sales process
Prepare sales-related documents and bookkeeping
Answering enquiries for both buyers and vendors
Providing regular market and sales updates
Deal with all sales-related tasks
Requirement
Must be able to speak either Korean or Chinese, as per job role requires
Excellent command of English
Must be able to work autonomously and a team player
Sales skills- essential to success
Performance-driven
Pro-active
Keen to learn
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not essential
Proficient prioritising and organisational skills
Be able to work 5 out 7 days including Saturday
IT skills
A full, valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK
