H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen.
After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain, operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.

The Role

We are looking for technically skilled IT Technician with good problem-solving ability. The duties of an IT Technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

Day to Day Duties

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
  
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
  
• Keeping the firmware and software up to date for all devices.
  
• Manage user accounts and assign permissions accordingly.
  
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for IT related queries.
  
• Ensuring backup system is running correctly.
  
• Managing technical documentation.
  
• Managing the VOIP telephone system.
  
• Maintaining windows servers and the network to ensure availability.
  
• Maintaining ERP and POS systems, MSSQL databases, web pages, CCTV, commercial digital scales, etc.
  
• Operate CCTV.
  
• 9 hours per day, excluding 1 hour break time; 5 days a week.

Essential Requirements:,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Experience with Windows server and software installation.
  
• Attention to detail.
  
• Good problem-solving skills.
  
• Able to work independently.
  
• Flexible approach to work.
