We are Kuma Korean & Japanese Restaurant in Kennington (Northern Line).
We look for team members who are committed for long term positions. You must have strong willingness to learn our kitchen ways and work structure, have keen interest in our cuisine and work culture. Work well as a team and also be independent at times, work to your fullest potential.
Job Title : Kitchen assistant / Deep Fryer
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Food handling, food preps, cutting/chopping, cleaning, general assistance to head chef.
- Maintain high standard cleanliness and food safety procedures at all times.
- Some dishwashing when necessary.
Trial & Training:
- Trial shift (paid upon continuity of work)
- Training given.
Shift hours:
Full time: 48h per week (5 days), starting at £28,000~£30,000 depending on experience. Pay increase with performance. Holiday pay & tips.
Part time: min 20h per week, starting at £10.00-£10.50 depending on experience, increase with performance. Tips. Holiday pay after 3 months.
