Shifts
- morning 7:30-16:30
- Late : 10:00/10:30/11:00 - 18:30
* opening hours may be extended in the future, and shift times could change accordingly.
However, morning shifts will always start at 7:30.

Job responsibilities :
- Introducing alcoholic beverages and providing customer service
- Preparing drinks and light snacks,
- Including non-alcoholic beverages
- Operating the till and serving customers in the front of house
- Cleaning dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe
- Preparing ingredients and supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, as well as conducting regular inventory checks

Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with wine, spirits and cocktails
- Strong attention to cleanliness
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and good memory
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Capable of independent thinking and working
- Passion for hospitality and food & Beverage service
- Experience working solo behind a bar as a bartender
- Ability to develop cocktail menus base on food pairings and environment
