[Responsibilities]
Sales Order Processing (Dispatch Replacement and Sales Order to allocated warehouse)
Shipping Replacement and Sales Order
Communicate with CS Team and Warehouse.
Placing Purchase Order for Packing Materials
Updating Daily Stock Report for Major Products
Updating Weekly and Monthly Stock Report for all warehouse
Screening Dispatch Status for B2B orders and Report to the Manager
Inspection of Returned Goods and Report to the Manager
Refurbishing of Non-defective Returned Goods.
Supporting CS, Sales and Finance
[Requirements]
Must be fluent in English
Relevant experience such as sales coordinator, sales admin, logistics is desirable.
Proficient in MS Office Packages
Analytical, organized and good attention to detail
[Working Conditions]
Job Type: full-time/permanent
Job Location: New Malden, Surrey
Due to the role, remote working is not available.
Basic Salary: 22K and 24K in London.
Official Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (30mins lunch time included)
Annual Paid Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays
The candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
