We are hiring restaurant manager and assistant manager at Yori Piccadilly.

Our managers will lead our front of house teams to provide outstanding customer dining experiences, whilst collaborating with our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to further develop themselves and progress onto senior roles in a quickly expanding company, with several new branches planned to open further this year.


What we expect:

- Lead the venue & its team to deliver exceptional food & genuine hospitality.
- A positive true team leader with an exceptional set of people management skills
- To ensure consistently high standards of restaurant presentation
- Have at least 3 years experience in the food/hospitality industry
- Must be available to work full days including weekends
- Must be fluent in English language
- Passionate about food and customer service
- Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience
- Be hands-on-approach and have problem-solving abilities

Job responsibilities include:

- Oversee and ensure entire restaurant operations are in accordance to all food safety regulations
- Train, mentor and develop your team to excellence
- Direct all activities in the restaurant to ensure that all targets (KPIs) deadlines are met
- Oversee the restaurant's financial management, planning, systems and controls
- Participation in weekly/monthly meetings with store managers and area managers
- Ensuring both FOH & BOH are compliant with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning staff rotas
- Agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies

Job Type
- Full-time contract
- 45 hours per week (4.5 days)

Salary
- Up to £38,000 per year
- Annual salary will be decided after the interview
