ON/OFFline Manager Role for a fast expanding concept store in South East London > 구인/구직

We are a fast growing lifestyle/concept store located in South East London. We are looking for an On/Offline store manager who is ambitious, creative and has the drive to look at all areas of the business and put strategic plans in place to grow the business.

As Store Manager, you will be passionate about people and customer service. Working within a very small team, you will be working closely with the director delivering sales targets for online and offline stores. You will be an integral part of the team(part-time staff), motivating and setting an example for them.

Key Responsibilities
• To work closely with director/owner on delivering online and offline store sales targets
• Designing / Maintaining the online store to the highest standards
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive footfall into the online and offline stores
• Responsibility for online stock management and ordering
• Responsibility for processing online orders and communicating with online customers
• Maintaining and shopkeeping the second branch store to the highest standards
• Take action and ownership, ensuring a exceptional client experience for our offline and online clients
• Managing part-time staffs during the absence of the owner
• Train, coach and develop part-time staffs and possibly future full-time staffs

• Good experience with building/designing online stores
• Great skills on designing newsletters and online marketing tools
• An excellent communicator
• Great eye for IN-Store display
• Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and ability to identify business trends and opportunities
• A charismatic and personable Brand Ambassador with confidence in clienteling and building genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales and customer-focused environment
• Organised, detail oriented and good at problem solving
• Committed in providing outstanding customer experience
• Passionate about inspiring, coaching, and leading colleagues whilst showing integrity and professionalism
• Flexible to work according to a retail schedule including weekends
• Fluent in English and Korean

4. 위치 : Forest Hill 역(Zone 3)에서 도보 2분 거리

5. 근무요일 및 시간 : 주 5일 ~ 6일 근무(화 - 토 or 화 - 일 / 11:00 - 19:00) - 총 40시간 / 주

6. 근무 시작일시 : 9월 말- 10월 말 (협의 후 결정)

7. 급여조건 : 30K + (트라이얼 기간 이후 급여 논의)

7-1. 유급휴가 여부 : 유급휴가 총 28일(뱅크 홀리데이 포함)

8. 트레이닝/트라이얼 여부와 페이 지급 여부 : 트라이얼 기간 1개월 (트레이닝 기간동안 시간당 £12 지급)
