Cold spring garden is seeking a talented Korean Chef with expertise in Japanese and Taiwanese cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning Japanese bento boxes and Taiwanese-style dishes, while also being experienced in preparing bubble tea for customers.

Responsibilities:


-Create and prepare Japanese bento boxes and Taiwanese-style dishes that use only the freshest and natural ingredients.

-Develop new recipes and variations of existing dishes to keep our menu exciting and fresh.

-Manage inventory of all food items and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.

-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and health codes.

-Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to our high standards.


Requirements:


-Proven experience as a Korean Chef with expertise in Japanese and Taiwanese cuisine.

-In-depth knowledge of Japanese and Taiwanese food culture, ingredients, and preparation techniques.

-Ability to prepare bubble tea using natural ingredients and without preservatives or artificial additives.

-A passion for food and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
