- Job title: Assistant Tour Manager
- Salary : 28,0000 pounds

Job description
1) communication with the parent company in South Korea.
2) Making final schedule and sending to European branches
3) Finalised the each groups accounts
4) Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
5) Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
6) Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
7) Making decision during accident or crisis.
8) Agreeing service levels, contracts and costs
9) Getting the quotation for new schedules
10) Providing pricing information/negotiate group pricing
11) makes and confirms travel and accommodation bookings, arranges group holidays, tours and individual itineraries;
12) advises on currency and passport/visa regulations and any necessary health precautions needed;
13) determines financial, staffing, material and other short- and long-term needs.
Skills and experiences:
1) A native or Fluent Korean speaker (Other languages an added bonus)
2) UK degree or CEFR B2 are required
3) Relavent experience is not required,full training will be given
4) Any previous work experience will be preferred
5) Excel and PowerPoint skills
