1. 구인(업무) 내용 :
Our team is looking for administrator to join our dynamic team based in Weybridge, Surrey to look after cosmetics orders.
As our successful Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales data management and support various tasks.
This role is fixed term contract for 12 months, potential to extend and become a full-time role basis.
About the Job:
• Providing Administrative Support to SCM team in daily work of sales & operations.
• Take the ownership in managing accounts in ERP system including creating sales orders.
• Bookkeeping and ensure the accurate non-commercial inventory within the system
• Assist to the team to follow up EDI.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks might be assigned in the scope of Sales & Operations
• Basic IT support and other ad hoc admin. tasks to the office
About You:
• Passionate in consumer goods and FMCG Industry
• Must have great attention to detail
• Excellent numerate & analytical skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent Ms Excel capability
• Fast learner, willing to learn the ERP system
• Basic skills of IT support is a plus
