1. Job title : Chef
2. Salary : from £30k~/annual
3. Work hours : 40 hours/week
4. Job description
1) Purchases and examines foods from supplies to ensure quality
2) Oversees food preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes
3) Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foods Makes sauce and monitors the quality
4) Manages orders and monitors its speed and supervises, organises and trains kitchen staff and manages an area of the kitchen
5) Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
6) Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment.
5. The skill, experience and qualifications required for post
1) Solid understanding of food industry
2) Minimum experience of 2 years in a Korean or Asian restaurant
3) Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills with attention to details
4) People management skills
5) Professional, articulate, self-motivated, ability to multi-task
6) Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
