We are looking to recruit a Chef for our Client in Wimbledon.
Chef will be the chief and maintain complete control foods of the kitchen.
Job description
*Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
*Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
*A creative and proficient in all aspects of preparation.
*Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
Requirements and skills
*Korean speaking with fluent in English
*Well experienced in Korean and Eastern Cuisine
*Excellent record of kitchen management
*Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
*Capable of delegating multiple tasks
*Communication and leadership skills
*Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
*Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
