**해당 직무는 HR(인사)팀 포지션이 아닙니다.
- 전 세계에서 재능있는 번역작가, DTPer, 카피라이터, 카피에디터, 프루프리더 및 기타 현지화(로컬라이제이션) 전문 리소스를 채용합니다.
- 채용 공고 검토, 편집, 게시 등을 통해 Talent Acquisition Team을 지원합니다.
- GloZ 신규 링귀스트 및 기타 리소스의 계약, 테스트 등을 포함한 기타 절차를 안내합니다.
- 링크드인 및 기타 채용 사이트에서 리소스의 서치와 커뮤니케이션을 관리합니다.
- 전세계의 신입 및 경력 링귀스트, 트랜스크라이버, 성우 및 기타 현지화 전문가를 채용하고 온보딩합니다.
- 리소스 채용 절차를 조정하고 진행 상황을 모니터링합니다.
- 온라인 이력서 데이터베이스 관리를 통해 지원자의 개인정보를 관리합니다.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Support TAD leads to ensure a smooth talent management process.
- Recruiting both potential and professional linguists, transcribers, voice artists and all other localization specialists around the world.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests such as reviewing, editing and posting job ads and other administrative tasks.
- Managing communications with resources in LinkedIn and other recruiting websites
- Overseeing the recruiting process and keeping track of the progress
- Leading root cause analysis investigations and creatively figuring out solutions to recruiting challenges
- Inspiring your team to constantly innovate and automate the work they are managing
- Help coordinating the TAD workflow, including the following:
- Initiating the onboarding experience for new linguists across all teams at GloZ, which includes first contact, testing and assisting with other onboarding logistics.
- Coordinating communications with resources in LinkedIn and other recruiting websites
- Recruiting and helping onboard both potential and professional linguists, transcribers, voice artists and all other localization specialists around the world
- Coordinating the recruiting process and keeping track of the progress
- Helping manage online resume database to ensure applicant information is current to include: complete applications, background information, identification details, etc.

자격요건:
- Ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in English
- Proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive personal & professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment with tight timeframes, while effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and with the team
