Openings Hour
Lunch    12:00 - 15:00
Dinner  17:00 - 23:00 (Last order), 24:00(Close) 입니다.


근무 시간은 8시간씩 주 5일입니다.
 8hrs/day and 5days a week.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
1) Day to day management of the Restaurant
2) Focused on driving sales and profit
3) Plans catering services and directs staff
4) Completion of staffing and updating relevant systems
5) Decides on range and quality of meals to be provided
6) Manages the performance of the team through on-going evaluations, listening, training and mentoring
7) Ensures kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained
8) Ensures stock checks are completed at regular intervals
9) Ensures high level of customer service at all times
10) Managing the performance of the team through on-going

Our Requirements:
1) Native or fluent in English and Korean
2) Solid understanding of Korean foods and culture.
3) Management experience in a similar role within the hospitality/retail industry
4) You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and effectively assist with the coaching and development your team
5) Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
6) Outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
7) A good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and labour costs control
8) Good PC skills
