K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Procurement Assistant.
[Purpose of the Job]
(1) Purchase office Asset, accessories and services for the company and its customers.
(2) Communicate with suppliers and get quotations, create PO on SAP system and process Invoices for payment based on company’s rules.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Purchase goods, materials, components and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
(2) Raising PO’s to suppliers
(3) Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
(4) Handling Invoices from suppliers through SAP System
(5) General admin works in Procurement Department
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Must have excellent MS Office skills & ERP(SAP) experience highly desirable
(3) Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, and suppliers
(4) Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities
(5) Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park, free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract(subject to be extended)
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week
(4) Annual basic salary: 24~32K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, health insurance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
