Hansbiomed was established in 1993 in Korea and we are now a UK-based market-leading supplier of aesthetic medical devices (MINT PDO).
Our sales grew by 500% last accounting period, we are looking to expand its sales team covering the UK and Europe.

1. [B2C Sales Executive]
Responsibilities
The role is field based which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected.
• Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for the aesthetic medical device portfolio
• Regularly recruit doctors to attend hands-on training, various virtual and offline conferences, and follow up with the results
• Building relationships with clients and generating new business/sales leads
• Managing client accounts and meetings to promote brand awareness and building professional relationships with doctors (require weekend work and travelling)
• Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and professional correspondences
• Ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements
• Key Account Management experience with the tailored sales approach
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Over a year of sales experience
• Proven track record of sales & exceeding sales targets
• Good understanding of the multicultural working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Other Requirements
• Must be fluent in English
• Legally authorized to work in the UK
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Medical or aesthetic background is preferred but not essential
• Being Bilingual in Korean is an advantage but not essential
• Distinct advantage if you currently sell devices into the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Salary + Commission £40,000 OTE
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm (Flexible / including 1 hour lunch time)
Location: Wimbledon, South West London, UK

• Contracting, Pricing and Negotiating with the prospects of Aesthetics / Medical Devices Businesses in Europe
• Contacting prospects using a variety of methods, including calls, emails, or video calls to explain the proposal and products
• Arranging and attending meetings with prospects
• Attending exhibitions & conferences and arranging medical device training sessions
• Liaising with internal departments, like marketing or production, to gather information to support your sales pitches
• Handling export documentation required by HQ
• Nurturing leads, closing sales contracts, and upselling to current customers
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean
• Customer Service Skills
• Great Negotiation skills and research skills
• Good understanding of the multicultural working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Travelling is required to EU countries for the exhibitions or conferences
Other Requirements
• Sales experience
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
• Medical or aesthetic background is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident and comfortable talking to prospects
• Basic PC Literacy (Word, Excel, G-Suite, etc.)
