Our client, a reputable law firm, is looking for a Korean speaking Immigration Team Assistant.
[Purpose of the Job]
As an Immigration Team Assistant you will play a vital role within the busy law firm where you will be contributing directly to the success of the company.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Prepares proposals, client engagement letters, and other necessary documents
(2) Communicate and liaise with clients and/or visa applicants
(3) Prepare application forms with a high degree of accuracy
(4) Work with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are prepared and sent timely and correctly
(5) Maintain client data, documents & files
(6) Training to develop case-handling skills with a view to running own case-load in future
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Excellent admin skills with attention to detail
(3) Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
(4) High computer literacy
(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
(6) Good team player
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent
(3) Official working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
(4) Annual basic salary range: 25~30K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based commission, pension, life insurance, medical insurance
(6) 33 days of annual holiday (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
