- Self-motivated to develop the skills of cutting and managing various fish.
- Manages orders and monitors its speed and should be able to work under pressure
- Purchases and examines foods from supplies to ensure quality;
- Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foods;
- Makes sauce and monitors the quality;

- Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen;
- Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment.
The Skill, experience and qualifications required for post
- Billingual in English and Korean preferred
- Understanding of Japanese foods
- Minimum experience of 2 years in restaurant
- Prompt dealing with orders in limited time
- Professional, self-motivated, ability to multi-task
