K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business Support Administrator who will provide efficient administrative support in line with Company policies on matters related to facilities support, business travel, local insurance management and associated finance-related administrative tasks. In addition, you will be liaising with external suppliers and vendors, and be involved in some contract management.

[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Business Travel Management
- Travel arrangements for all employees in line with Company Policies, and ensuring cost effectiveness
- Business Travel System management and coordination of travel authorisation
- Invoice booking and Vendor statement reconciliation
- Preparing accruals for month end preparation
(2) Facilities Support
- Corporate VIP event support
- Building lease and vendor management support
- Other administrative tasks including office stationery management
(3) Local Insurance Management
- First point of contact for all insurance queries
- Management of insurance related data (accident report forms, correspondence with insurance companies and brokers, and car repairers etc.)
- Quarterly claim reviews and yearly renewal process
- Supporting HQ with any Global Insurance inquiries
(4) Lease and Hire Car Management
- Lease car ordering and termination in line with Company policy
- Liaising with lease and hire car companies,
- Hire car arrangements accordingly to requirements and in line with budgets
(5) Other responsibilities
- Front of House contract management
- Liaising with courier companies
- Weekly vending machine money reconciliation

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in English (frequent communication with non-Korean speakers required)
(2) Previous relevant experience and proven track record in a similar role within a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
(3) Good organisational and administration skills including attention to detail and speed of execution
(4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(5) Able to solve business and customer related issues
(6) Excellent MS Office skill
(7) Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park, free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)
(2) Job type: Full-time & Permanent
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week
(4) Annual basic salary: 25~26K
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, private healthcare, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays, pro-rata)
