K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable global financing company, is looking for a Korean speaking Executive Assistant.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Ensure the smooth and effective running of the senior management team’s diaries through managing conflicting priorities with limited referral to management and by proactively responding to the changing needs of the business by arranging, cancelling and re-arranging meetings and events.
(2) Produce accurate and timely correspondence for senior management, plus complete company forms and documentation, and coordinate and circulate general internal and external business communications.
(3) Directly manage the expenses for the senior management team, and co-ordinate the collation of all company expenses and submission of monthly information to finance division
(4) Take minutes of meetings and other internal committee or ad hoc meetings
(5) Undertake a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office function including the co-ordination of invoice payments, management of mail, and management of subscriptions and stationary ordering.
(6) Retain responsibility for the negotiation of travel agency arrangements, and co-ordinate the booking of all senior management team travel requirements.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be bilingual in Korean & English
(2) Must have minimum 1 year of office work experience in UK
(3) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments & solve the issues related with various business functions
(4) Strong attention to details and accuracy
(5) Advanced MS Office skills
[Conditions]
(1) Hybrid working: 1~2 days working from home & 3~4 days in the office in Reigate, Surrey (40min by train from London)
(2) Basic salary: 25~35K (depending on experience)
(3) Performance based bonus
(4) Annual leave: 35 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
