Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Administration Assistant.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Supporting Head of Finance with day to day tasks and data requests
(2) Translating financial reports from Korean into English and sharing with stakeholders
(3) Summarise above data reports to excel and circulate to partners
(4) Maintaining and updating data on the system with accuracy
(5) Maintaining and developing robust relationships with internal and external partners
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English (there will be translation test during interview)
(2) Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel - highly competent with data sorting, filtering, pivots, charts, vlookup
(3) Good communication & interpersonal skills
(4) Attention to detail and good analytical skills
(5) Able to work as a team in a cross functional working environment
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 6 month contract (agency temp)
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Basic salary: Up to £120 daily (equivalent to annual £30,000)
(5) Holiday: 25 days(pro-rata) plus bank holidays
(6) Access to staff sales discount
(7) Government pension auto-enrollment from 12 weeks
