We are looking for A full-time Bookkeeper/office administrator position.!!
HD & TG( HAY DESIGNS & THEGARDENISTS) Ltd. specializes in the delivery of luxurious residential Garden Design, Landscape Architecture, and Construction of bespoke projects in the super-prime residential market. As a company renowned within the industry, we are expected to deliver faultless service standards to the most discerning of clientele.
The Gardenists and its sister company Hay Designs were launched in 2015 and are undergoing a growth period requiring the strengthening of the internal administrative team.
We are therefore looking to appoint a dedicated Office Manager/Bookkeeper and Marketing Role to deal with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the companies.
Your role will be to create and maintain a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
1. As Office Manager your responsibilities will include
2. some front office duties,
3. fielding calls on behalf of the companies,
4. scheduling diaries, meetings, and appointments for two directors
5. making arrangements for office supplies,
assisting with the co-ordination of external consultants such as IT, and social media and assisting the Directors and other staff with administrative support and order as required.
You will also be required to assist in the organizing of company events, preparing letters, presentations and reports as well as having overall responsibility for record-keeping, organizing staff training, and keeping records up to date.
A successful Office Manager should also have experience with a variety of office software including e-mail tools, spreadsheets, and databases, and be enthusiastic about learning new skills in a dynamic and creative working environment. You would be required to assist with the development, management, and operation of CRM systems and the on-boarding and organization of induction programs for new staff as well as assist the Directors with the HR function of the company.
Ultimately the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures.
Strong organizational skills and time management along with a natural proficiency in written and verbal communication will be an integral part of the successful candidate’s skill set as well as being able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Hours of work will be from 9am until 6pm 5 days per week.
