K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is urgently looking for a Korean speaking Administrator to help Admin team with all general administrative and HR tasks, and ad hoc duties in order to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Checking that invoices, credit notes and statements are correct. Chasing if needed.
(2) Accounts payable - processing invoices.
(3) HR – managing the data of joiners/leavers, maintaining and keeping monthly staff attendance records up to date, issuing letters etc.
(4) Ensuring the office is compliant with all health and safety laws. Regular checks of First Aid boxes etc.
(5) Liaising with pension scheme provider as and if required. Submitting monthly contributions. Setting up new employees. Informing about leavers.
(6) Liaising with private medical and dental insurance providers, assist with annual health assessment arrangements.
(7) Managing all relevant contract renewals (e.g. photocopiers). Managing eye care vouchers.
(8) Liaising with Building Management (requesting entrance passes, logging jobs via helpdesk when any maintenance issues arise, requesting work permits for contractors etc).
(9) Sorting and distributing all incoming mail. Sending out all outgoing mail. Logging Trade Finance letters.
(10) Maintaining meeting room calendar and setting up meetings.
(11) Maintaining and updating office database.
(12) Monitoring stock levels and placing stationery and refreshment orders.
(13) Handling all matters relating to office cleaning. Maintaining coffee machine and two kitchenettes.
(14) Helping with Events planning, travel and hotel arrangements etc.
(15) Providing help and assistance to General Manager or any other team member on all matters that may arise.
(16) Assisting Head of Admin with requests from HQ as required (including but not limited to general reporting to HQ, budgeting etc).
(17) Providing data and preparing documents for Special Audits.
Assisting Korean expats with Admin & HR related inquiries as needed (eg their medical insurances, tuition fees etc).
(18) Administration related to newly joined expats and leaving expats (related to their visa, CoS, accommodation etc).
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English(no one speaks Korean in the team)
(2) Must have minimum 2 years’ relevant office work experience with excellent admin skills
(3) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments & solve the issues related with various business functions
(4) Strong attention to details and accuracy
(5) Advanced MS Office skills
[Conditions]
(1) Location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Working hours: 8:30am~4:30pm
(3) Annual leave: 31 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(4) Basic salary: 25~35K (depending on experience)
